The Yule Tree Is Up (The Cats Are Winning)

First things first: the Yule tree went up this week. It's gorgeous. It's festive. It lasted approximately 47 minutes before my cats decided it was their personal jungle gym.

I've fished three ornaments out from under the couch, watched one cat attempt to climb the tree like it's Everest, and accepted that this is just how we celebrate the season now. Chaotic. Sparkly. Vaguely dangerous.

True heathens, the lot of them. I wouldn't have it any other way.

What I've Actually Been Working On (AKA Marketing Magic)

While the cats wage war on winter decor, I've been deep in author-business mode:

YouTube Flip-Throughs for Every Book
I'm creating flip-through videos for all my books—both the witchy guides and the Junie Fern stories. The goal? Give you a real look inside before you buy. No surprises, no "wait, this isn't what I expected." Just honest previews so you know exactly what kind of magic (or mischief) you're getting into.

They'll be popping up on YouTube over the next few weeks, and I'll be linking them on the shop pages too. Because transparency is witchy business practice, babe.

Amazon Ads (Because Apparently I'm a Businesswoman Now)
I also spent the morning elbow-deep in Amazon advertising strategy. Thrilling, I know. But here's the thing: I want my books to find the people who actually need them—the broke witches, the scrappy magic-makers, the parents looking for gentle stories for their kids.

So I'm learning. I'm optimizing. I'm doing the unsexy backend work that makes the magic happen. It's not glamorous, but it's necessary.
