Digital Products - No Returns Policy
All digital products sold through The Cozy Cauldron Shop, including eBooks, PDFs, and downloadable content, are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.

Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds after your download has been completed or access has been granted.

By purchasing digital products from Raven Morrigan Books, you acknowledge and agree to this no-returns policy.

Why No Returns on Digital Products?

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed. This policy protects the integrity of our work and prevents unauthorized distribution.

We stand behind the quality of our products and provide detailed descriptions, previews, and samples where possible so you can make an informed purchase decision.

Technical Issues & Support

If you experience technical problems with your download or cannot access your purchased product, please contact us immediately:

We will work with you to resolve any legitimate technical issues, including:

  • Corrupted or incomplete downloads

  • File compatibility problems

  • Access issues due to technical errors on our end

Please note: Difficulty opening files due to lacking appropriate software (like a PDF reader) does not qualify for a refund. Free PDF readers are widely available online.

Physical Products Purchased Through Amazon

Physical books and print products sold through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return policy, not ours. Please refer to Amazon's customer service for any issues with physical product orders.

We do not handle shipping, returns, or refunds for physical products sold through third-party retailers.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical error

  • Product was materially different from its description

  • File is permanently inaccessible due to our technical failure

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include:
  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshots or documentation of the problem (if applicable)

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed after successfully receiving digital products may result in:
  • Account suspension

  • Being barred from future purchases

  • Legal action if appropriate
